If your item is back-ordered, we’ll update your expected shipping date. You may choose to cancel or continue the order with the later shipping date.

To make your shopping experience better, all orders placed on Dogswagi.com before 11 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday-Friday will be processed the same day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 11 AM Eastern Standard Time on Saturday & Sunday will ship the next business day. We process your orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our carriers pick up packages Monday-Friday only. Shoppers can expect to receive their items within 3 to 10 business days.

LTL FREIGHT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Have a larger order? Dogswagi also offers Freight Shipping for orders that are oversized or weigh in over 120 lbs. These orders often require special trucks with a large container to hold your items. All freight orders will be delivered to a distribution center closest to your home delivery address. Once your item arrives at the center, the freight carrier will contact you and set up a delivery time.
FREIGHT DELIVERY LOCATIONS
Freight delivery locations can vary. Please be sure to specify if your delivery location is Commercial, Residential, Residential Business, or a Limited Access address. Learn more about the different options below:
Commercial - Commercial addresses are often used exclusively for businesses. These addresses are zoned as commercial real estate.
Residential - Residential addresses are where you or someone else resides. This could be a house, condo, apartment, or dorm.
Residential Business - Residential businesses are any business that someone conducts from their home, apartment, or living space.
Limited Access - Pick up, and delivery is restricted in limited access locations. This could mean a diver needs additional time or resources to deliver your items.

All you have to do is add your items to your cart, and when your total exceeds $49, we’ll cover your shipping charges! Your cart will reflect your new total with free shipping. Dogswagi offers flexible, convenient, and easy shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Dogswagi is diligent about packing your items securely, but sometimes accidents happen. When an item leaves our facility, it’s in the care of the couriers. If you receive a Dogswagi package that’s physically damaged, please let us know. For your protection, we suggest you write “product damaged” on the sign-sheet the delivery person hands you in exchange for your package. Dogswagi advises customers to still accept deliveries with physical damages on the outside such as holes or rips except in cases of extreme visible damage. In this case, please refuse the delivery and contact our team right away so we can resend your items.
Need to cancel an order? We’re sorry to hear that! Customers may only cancel orders before it ships. Please get in touch with us immediately at 1-800-296-6051, so we can cancel your order at no additional charge to you.
